- Secure access and usage of administrator functions
You must not use any Nokensoft system for:

- Fraud, impersonation, harassment, or phishing attempts
- Distributing hate speech, discrimination, violence, or pornography
- Violating third-party intellectual property rights
5. Right to Suspend or Terminate Services
Nokensoft reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any product or service under the following conditions:
- Any proven or suspected violation of applicable law
- Use of the system in a way that endangers others, the system, or the public
- Failure to meet contractual obligations (e.g., payment, misuse)
- Use of the system outside the agreed-upon or lawful purposes
Such action may be taken with or without prior notice, particularly when misuse poses legal, technical, or reputational risks.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nokensoft is not responsible for:
- Loss of data due to client-side error or external system integrations
- Legal consequences caused by content or activities initiated by users
- System disruption caused by natural disasters, hacking, or third-party failure
In all cases, Nokensoft’s liability shall be limited to the maximum value of the applicable service contract.
7. Modifications and Updates
We may revise or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the law, service improvements, or internal policy. Updated terms will be published on our official website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
